Thesis: Human-Centered Integrated Coaching and Learning (HCICL) This dissertation research in HCICL is focused on the development of a human-centered framework and protocols that bridge informal and formal learning environments using technological systems and tools to build hybrid, multi-dimensional, blended coaching and learning spaces. This new learning environment can then be utilized to serve the purposes of “lifelong,” “lifewide,” and “lifedeep” learning, thereby enabling true and complete multi-dimensional learning and development.
